The ZGLP sheet metal gripper is designed for lifting and moving individual sheets of metal in a horizontal position. The grips work in pairs. When using a two-branch sling, the angle between the branches should not exceed 90°. The number of grippers for lifting is selected depending on the length and weight of the sheet. For a stable position of the sheet when lifting, it is recommended to use at least four grips with the mandatory use of a traverse.

The ZGLP gripper clamping pad is equipped with a spring device (fastening, retainer) for reliable fixation of the gripper on the lifted load in the absence of load.

Operating temperature range from -20 °C to +40 ° C.

The maximum surface hardness of the materials being lifted is HRC 30.

Each gripper is equipped with a rigging bracket of the appropriate load capacity.
