SHBM – 100P manipulators are designed to perform lifting and transport operations related to the movement of piece loads weighing up to 100 kg in space within the manipulator service area, for loading and unloading machines, presses and other technological equipment, for reloading operations and conveyor maintenance, as well as during assembly work. Manipulators can be equipped with replaceable load—grabbing devices of various design versions - mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, vacuum, etc., which further increases labor productivity and facilitates work.

In terms of the impact of climatic environmental factors, pneumatic manipulators must comply with the performance 0 of category 2 for operating conditions 2 according to GOST 15150-69 under a canopy or indoors in the absence of an aggressive environment, with a normal level of dustiness, in the ambient temperature range from plus 5 ° C to plus 50 ° C.

Pneumatic execution manipulators can be used to work in explosive rooms and rooms for the production, storage and transportation of explosives of category II B, groups T1+T4 GOST 12.1.010-78 and GOST 12.1.011-78, while the lifting devices must have a copper coating, which must be specified when ordering by the consumer.

Manipulators can be used where there is a supply of compressed air with the following parameters: air no coarser than 12 cl. according to GOST 17433-80; operating pressure (0.4 + 0.63) MPa, (4 + 6.3) kgf/ cm2, consumption — no more than 16.6 l / s-1.0 mZ / min = 0.0166 m3/S.

Vertical movement of cargo weighing more than 100 kg, lasting more than 10 seconds, is not allowed.
